Summary
The role of the Digital Marketing – Apprenticeship Talent Executive is to ensure that Apprentify delivers a flow of the very best digital marketing and social media apprentices. We do things differently from most providers as we run weekly digital marketing assessment sessions. At these events we test candidates on the core competencies of being a digital or social media marketer. This means we know from the start that they are right for our apprenticeship programmes. It is your role to ensure that we fill, assess and select the very best for our clients.

We are located in Wilmslow Cheshire, the role will be office and home based, we are flexible.

Main Duties

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaising with employers to understand the requirements, culture and requirements
• Advertising and managing job requirements
• Effectively delivering successful the Apprentify digital assessment sessions
• Support and provide Information, Advice and Guidance
• Manage BKSB and functional skills process
• Run external apprentice events
• Additionally, you will ensure that you will work in line with Apprentify’s and the awarding body’s and apprenticeship standards of providing high quality, employer-focused provision, that maximises opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment.

• Experience working with apprentices
• A genuine passion for talent selection
• Business knowledge related to apprenticeships
• Recruitment and supporting apprentices
• Attention to detail and getting it right first time
• Time management and working to deadlines
• Pastoral welfare of young people and colleagues
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a flexible manner, adapt to different environments and solve problems independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including report writing
