The 3rd Workplace Learning Report had over 3,300 responses from business talent and learning experts this year.

Workplace Learning Report 2019 Key Findings

  1. Increased budgets and influence pave the way for more strategic talent development teams
  2. This is the year that L&D leaders hone their ability to identify, assess, and close skills gaps
  3. It’s time for L&D leaders to think like marketers to increase learner engagement
  4. Tap into the preferences and potential of all learners from Gen Z to Boomer
