Overview
The primary role of an IT Technical Salesperson is to sell a company’s technical products and services. They will be responsible for identifying new clients for business development and working with existing clients to up-sell and cross-sell. This programme is perfectly suited for SaaS companies looking to improve their sales function and enhance customer outcomes.
An IT Technical Salesperson will eventually be required to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business. They will also work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gain repeat business and have a good understanding of emerging technologies.
