The Matrix Standard is a UK quality standard for organisations that provide information, advice, and guidance (IAG) services. It recognises organisations that meet certain criteria related to the delivery of IAG services, including the provision of impartial advice, the use of effective processes, and the achievement of positive outcomes for learners.

To receive Matrix Accreditation approval, in 2022 we underwent a rigorous assessment process that evaluated our IAG services across several areas, including leadership and management, strategic planning, learner support, and partnerships. The assessment involved a review of our policies and procedures, interviews with staff and learners, and an evaluation of our training programmes. This year, we were readcccrediated on last years performance.

We are proud to have maintained this recognition, which validates our commitment to providing high-quality apprenticeship programmes that meet the needs of both learners and employers. Our focus on delivering impartial, effective, and learner-centric IAG services has been a key factor in our success, and we are delighted that this has been recognised by the Matrix Standard.
