The apprentice with be responsible for picking up enquiries from our website and other sources and collating the data required to support the sales function to prepare the tenders quickly and effectively. This will require them to liaise with various teams within the business to confirm if they are able to deliver the stated actions on the tender. This information will then be collated and stored within CRM and Excel.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Log enquiries from our website and other sources
  • Collate data required to complete tenders
  • Work with the various teams to confirm tasks are achievable
  • Produce tender, working with sales director and manager.
  • Regular communicate and update with stakeholders
  • Record data, regularly update and check accuracy.
  • Analyse data to inform future improvements.

  • This should include Maths and English at GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalents

Training to be provided

Our Data Apprenticeships, Data Technician Level 3 and Data Analyst Level 4 will give you and the apprentice the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to work effectively in roles such as: Data Analyst, Data Manager, Data Scientist, Data Modeller, Data Architect and Data Engineer.

These digital Data Apprenticeships enable you to drive organisational innovation and optimise resources through developing knowledge and understanding of data and its potential.

This apprenticeship is the perfect introduction to a career in data analysis. Job roles include Junior Information Analyst, Database Technician, Data Support Analyst and Junior Data Analyst. Data Technicians are responsible for collecting and processing data under the guidance of a senior colleague or multiple colleagues across the business.
