Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- General admin tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and managing communications.
- Organising diary and meetings efficiently.
- Tracking deliveries, processing refunds, and maintaining accurate records.
- Micromanaging tasks within the team to ensure smooth operations and accountability.
2. Social Media and Outreach:
- Engaging with influencers and ambassadors on social media to build strong relationships.
- Creating outreach strategies and campaigns to grow brand awareness.
- Helping to organise social media calendars and schedule content across platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Managing social media outreach for influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Developing unique campaign ideas and contributing to content creation.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Helping to build personal and business brands through strategic networking.
- Engaging with the community, including finding collaboration opportunities and discount deals.
3. Brand and Relationship Building:
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with influencers and ensuring PR boxes are delivered and acknowledged.
- Following up with influencers and ambassadors to maintain consistent communication.
- Building relationships with other brands for collaborations, including goodie bags and giveaways.
- Supporting the development of both personal and business brand presence through strategic initiatives.
- Seeking out discounts and brand deals for the community.
4. Event Organisation:
- Helping to plan and organise events, including logistics, invitations, and on-the-day support.
- Coordinating goodie bags and branded merchandise for events.
- Assisting with content creation and event promotion.
- Coordinating collaborations for events to add value and drive brand engagement.
5. PR and Creative Tasks:
- Conceptualising and assembling PR boxes, ensuring they are tracked and delivered.
- Coordinating podcast and speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- Researching and reaching out to podcasts and events for collaboration opportunities.
6. Sales and Collaboration:
- Assisting in identifying partnership opportunities and pitching collaboration ideas.
- Being confident in reaching out to potential brand partners and discussing collaboration opportunities.

7. Design and Presentation (Preferred but not Essential):
- Experience with Canva for designing social media posts, campaign assets, and presentation materials.

Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship
Marketing has become fundamental to the success of any modern business. Having an efficient and knowledgeable team is a must. Still, employers are beginning to realise they don't have to recruit from the top to bring this expertise into their business. There is plenty of hungry talent eager to prove their worth at an apprenticeship level. That's why we've created our Level 3 Multi-channel Marketing apprenticeship. We allow young talent to grow and fast-rising businesses the chance to futureproof their organisation.
Apprentify's Digital Marketing apprenticeships are designed to bring up-and-coming talent through the ranks of an organisation. Our programmes offer cost-effective solutions to employers while also giving apprentices industry experience. For example, our Level 3 Multi-channel Marketing apprenticeship equates to an A-Level qualification, with the added benefit of on-the-job experience and sector knowledge.
Multi-channel marketers will define, design, build and implement campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive customer engagement and retention. In addition, they will be responsible for parts of the campaign within their area of responsibility. As part of the Marketing team, they will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans and will have responsibility for elements of the overall marketing plan.
They will be the first point of contact for day-to-day activities in the marketing team and will be responsible for allocating higher levels of work to the management team. This role will work on their own and in a range of team settings. They work within agreed budgets and available resources. Multi-channel marketers work without high levels of supervision, usually reporting to senior stakeholders. They may occasionally be responsible for decision making on smaller areas of campaigns, but more often will support or influence the decisions of others.
