Overview
We are on the hunt for a passionate Digital Learning Designer Apprentice to join Netcom Training's HQ in Birmingham. Working alongside our Head of Curriculum, your role will be to create and develop our adult education curriculum in line with organisational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and map the curriculum to structure content, formative learning activities, and summative assessment strategy.
- Create e-learning courses and virtual classroom sessions across a range of programmes
- Create digital media and other digital assets to agreed specifications using specialist learning technologies.
- Facilitate design processes and activities with different stakeholders.
- Scope the digital learning project requirements in liaison with stakeholders in response to an organisational learning need.
- Work closely with the Head of Curriculum to analyse learning requirements to inform and agree on course materials in line with organisational needs
Entry requirements
Essential:
A minimum of 5 GCSE's at a grade 4 (C) or above including Maths and English.
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Desirable:
A background in coaching, teaching or the education sector would be advantageous, but not essential.

Training to be provided
You will undertake our brand new Digital Learning Designer Level 5 Apprenticeship Programme.
