Overview

COOLSPIRiT help organisations in public sector and commercial with the performance, protection and preservation of critical data.

We’re looking for ambitious sales executive apprentices looking to progress their careers and take their first step into the world of IT sales, working with the world’s leading technology brands. We are on the hunt for individuals who have an interest in technology but above all else, a desire to form the trust of potential prospects to ultimately lead to a sale and long-term customers. Coming into the role you will have a dedicated set of accounts to prospect and nurture with the help of training from the senior sales team.

Ideally you will be:

• Articulate and personable in your approach, with a great telephone manner and great sales skills

• Highly organised, with excellent communication and administration skills.

• Target-driven with a strong sense of initiative

• Able to work independently as well as within a team to achieve results.

• Competitive and money driven.

The succesful candidate will be passionate about starting a career within sales, have a clear idea of their own career progression path and will be confident in their ability to speak with prospects at all levels and sell them the value of working with COOLSPIRiT! 

Day to Day tasks:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients of COOLSPIRiT over the phone, face to face, using social selling and email marketing.
  • Meet with clients and talk them through the range of offers and services COOLSPIRiT can provide. Exploring how COOLSPIRiT can offer valuable solutions for their client's painpoints.
  • Continue to foster and build client relationships with current accounts, upselling where appropriate.
  • Maintaining pipeline activity, keeping it topped up and keeping the CRM systems up to date.

 


Entry requirements

  • Must have achieved a C/4 or above in GCSE maths AND english.
  • Must have valid driver's license and access to vehicle.
  • 3-12 months sales experience
  • Been in the UK for the last 3 years.

Training to be provided

A Sales Executive is a sales person working in either the Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets with the responsibility to sell a specific product line or service. They plan their sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manage their sales internally within their organisation. They will be responsible for retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts, and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.

A Sales Executive will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence in their own and their organisation’s capabilities through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.

Opportunity to complete Level 4 sales executive programme with outstanding provider apprentify. Commission scheme which rewards hitting targets, generating new business or upgrading current client accounts. 20 days annual leave. Increases by 3 days every year.
